The circular metallic coin comes in a fine enamel coating which comes in either deep blue or a lighter blue:
Front side: At the center of the coin is the iconic heart-shaped puzzle. The missing section represent the person who passed away from our physical life. The phrase "CHERISHING MEMORIES. AN UNBREAKABLE BOND," is embossed to convey the fact that death cannot break the bonds of love.
Back side: The center of the back of the coin shows a silhouette which also represents the person who is missing from your life. The phrase, "iCAN'T FORGET. iWON'T FORGET. iREMEMBER is a declaration of our determination to keep the one we love in the forefront our life.
As a daily reminder: Place the coin in your pocket, bag, or purse to carry it with you wherever you go. These challenge keychains or coins can also be distributed at memorial events to the attendees.

At iRemember, every keepsake is crafted with care to honor the memory of someone deeply loved. While many of our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we want your experience to be comforting, smooth, and worry-free.
Eligibility for Refunds
Because iRemember specializes in personalized and remembrance-based items, the following guidelines apply:
1. Personalized / Custom Items
(Examples: engraved pieces, and custom memorial keepsakes.)

These items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of:

Manufacturing defects

Printing/engraving errors

Damage during shipping

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no cost or provide an appropriate refund.
2. Non-Personalized Items
(Examples: non-custom accessories, general merchandise.)

May be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received or an issue is verified.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that life, especially during times of grief, can change quickly. If you need to make changes to your order, we’re here to help.
1. Cancellation Window

Non-personalized items:
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. -
Personalized or Custom Items:
Once the design process begins (often within 1–3 hours), the order cannot be cancelled.
However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will do our best—but cannot guarantee—stopping production.
2. Changes to Your Order

3. Orders Marked as Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Return eligibility will then depend on whether the product is personalized or non-personalized (see refund policy above).
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging items that hold such emotional importance. If your keepsake arrives:
